Mary Baker is a leader’s leader who knows that uncovering your highest potential starts by asking the right questions. For more than 25 years, Mary has led organizations and consulted with clients, focusing on leadership development, organizational culture, and transformational change. She knows firsthand that coaching helps accomplished women clarify their desires and move into bold new actions.
Mary Baker brings a seasoned perspective to each consulting and coaching relationship. For more than two decades, she has consulted with an array of corporations and nonprofit organizations including financial institutions, manufacturing, education, and social services. She led the Frist Consulting Center at Belmont University Graduate School of Business and most recently served for seven years as the CEO of Monroe Harding, Inc., a 125-year-old nonprofit providing residential and mental health services to foster children and young adults. Mary has been recognized as Most Admired CEO Winner, Nashville Business Journal 2017 and an Athena Award Nominee in 2016.
